Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Heads of units outside the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training, and the Director of the Department of Finance Management,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1: Conduct a concentrated training course on state enterprise financial management at the Ministry of Finance's office from March 13, 1995 to May 4, 1995.
Article 2: Dispatch 41 cadres from the Ministry of Finance and accept 22 cadres from units outside the Ministry of Finance to attend the aforementioned training course (List attached).
