DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Agreement on Cooperation in Adoption
between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam issued on August 20, 1998;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Agreement on Cooperation in Adoption between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America signed on June 21, 2005, in Washington D.C. (United States).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall carry out diplomatic procedures to bring the Agreement into effect./.
