NO.: 182 DATE: MAY 26, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 30, 1946 appointing Mr. Dao Thien Thi as Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture;
Pursuant to Mr. Dao Thien Thi's resignation letter;
At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture;
After the Council of Ministers has agreed,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Permits Mr. Dao Thien Thi to resign from his position as Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2
Appoints Mr. Dong Sy Hien to replace Mr. Dao Thien Thi in the position of Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 3
The Minister of Agriculture shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
