REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE BRANCH OF HO CHI MINH CITY INSURANCE COMPANY IN HA NOI

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decision No. 166 TC/QĐ/TCCB dated March 6, 1995 of the Minister of Finance on the establishment of the Branch of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company in Ha Noi;

Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Training Department and the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Appoint Mr. Pham Xuan Phong, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company (Bao Minh), concurrently as Director of the Branch of the Company in Ha Noi.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Insurance Company, the Director of the Branch of the Company in Ha Noi, the Directors of the Personnel and Training Department and the Financial Management Department, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and Mr. Pham Xuan Phong are responsible for implementing this Decision.
