LETTER
OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION DECREE NO. 1829/QĐ
DATE December 19, 1977
- BASED ON Decree No. 19-CP dated January 29, 1966 and Decree No. 6-CP dated January 7, 1971 of the Council of Ministers stipulating the powers, duties, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education;
- BASED ON Resolution No. 76-CP dated March 25, 1977 of the Council of Ministers on guiding the implementation and building a unified legal system for the entire country;
- PURSUANT TO the proposals of the Director of the Office, heads of the Departments of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Education, Cultural Supplement, Cadre Organization, Planning and Finance, Training Bureau Director, and Head of the School Equipment Company;
DECISION:
Article 1: APPROVES the current list of laws (attached to this decision) and instructs its dissemination and implementation throughout the country.
Article 2: The Directors of the Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, Principals of schools directly under the Ministry, Provincial Department Directors, and City Education Bureau Chiefs are responsible for implementing this decision.
