Regarding the approval of the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United States of America Between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United States of America
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties issued on August 20, 1998;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United States of America signed on June 22, 2005 in Washington D.C. (United States).
Article 2. The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to develop the Regulations on management and implementation of economic, technical, and humanitarian support activities in the form of non-refundable aid provided by the Government of the United States in Vietnam.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall carry out necessary diplomatic procedures for the Agreement to enter into force./.
