Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001.
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (document No. 2103/BKH-TCCB dated March 29, 2006), the Ministry of Finance (document No. 4653/BTC-TCCB dated April 7, 2006), the Ministry of Transport (document No. 1919/BGTVT-TCCB dated April 11, 2006), and the Office of the Government (document No. 1948/VPCP-TCCB dated April 13, 2006),
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Appoint the following comrades as members of the National Tourism Steering Committee:
1. Mr. Truong Van Doan, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment;
2. Mr. Nguyen Cong Nghiep, Deputy Minister of Finance;
3. Mr. Nguyen Tien Sam, Deputy Minister of Transport;
4. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Director of the Office of the Government.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The National Tourism Steering Committee, the Minister of Planning and Investment, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Transport, the Minister and Director of the Office of the Government, and the comrades named in Article 1 above shall be responsible for implementing this Decision. /./
