DECREE
Regarding the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam National Aviation Corporation

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;
At the proposal of the Minister of Transport;
The Government promulgates this Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam National Aviation Corporation,
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam National Aviation Corporation.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from January 5, 2014.
Repeals the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam National Aviation Corporation issued together with Decision No. 586/QĐ-TTg dated April 20, 2011 of the Prime Minister and previous regulations that conflict with this Decree.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Members of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Aviation Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree.
