OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 33 dated March 22, 1946 organizing the National Army of Vietnam,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 71 dated May 22, 1946 establishing military regulations,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 120 dated January 25, 1948 establishing Military Region IV,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 230M dated July 18, 1947 setting up a military district in Military Region IV,
At the proposal of the Chief Commanders and Ministers of National Defense,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints:
Mr. Dao Chinh Nam, Deputy Commander of Military Region IV to concurrently serve as Commander of Military District IV.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Bon, Political Officer of a Regiment to concurrently serve as Political Commissioner of Military District IV.
Article 2
The Chief Commanders of the National Army and Ministers of National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
