Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Considering the work requirements and the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department.

Article 1: Supplement the following individuals to the Directive Board for Research and Improvement of the Tax Policy System established pursuant to Decision No. 145 TC/TCT/QĐ dated February 23, 1995, of the Minister of Finance.
1. Mr. Tran Van Ta, Director of the Financial Policy Department, Member of the Standing Committee of the Directive Board.
2. Mr. Pham Duc Phong, Director of the State Asset Management Department, Member.
3. Mr. Truong Thai Phuong, Director of the Foreign Finance Department, Member.
4. Mr. Nguyen Van Dau, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation, Member.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Directive Board for Research and Improvement of the Tax Policy System, Heads of units under the Ministry, organizations under the Ministry, Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
