DECISION
On the release of national food reserve rice to support Lai Chau Province
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1104/QĐ-TTg dated July 24, 2009 of the Prime Minister on the release of national food reserve rice to support Lai Chau Province;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Food Reserve Agency,
DECIDES
Article 1. The National Food Reserve Agency shall issue (without charge) 230 tons of rice from the national food reserve to Lai Chau Province for famine relief assistance to the people.
Article 2. The National Food Reserve Agency is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at district centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The National Food Reserve Agency shall record a reduction in national food reserve capital corresponding to the quantity of rice mentioned above, based on the accounting price currently recorded in the books, and report the final settlement for relief supplies as prescribed.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the National Food Reserve Agency, the Heads of the Department of State Budget, the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Price Management Agency, and the Head of the Ministry's Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
