THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE AND BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF CIRCULAR NO. 173/2012/TT-BTC DATED OCTOBER 22, 2012 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CIRCULAR NO. 66/2006/TT-BTC DATED JULY 17, 2006 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE GUIDING THE FINANCIAL MECHANISM TO SUPPORT COLLECTIVE ENTERPRISE FOUNDERS IN PREPARATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND TRAINING OBJECTIVES OF COLLECTIVE ENTERPRISES.

THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ASSOCIATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and is an integral part of Circular No. 173/2012/TT-BTC dated October 22, 2012, issued by the Ministry of Finance to amend and supplement Circular No. 66/2006/TT-BTC dated July 17, 2006, issued by the Ministry of Finance, guiding the financial mechanism to support founders of cooperatives preparing for establishment and training subjects of cooperatives.

Article 3. The Director of the Department of Financial Administration, the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
