DECREE
Regarding the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Shipping Company

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Maritime Code of Vietnam 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;
At the proposal of the Minister of Transport,
The Government promulgates this Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Shipping Company.
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Shipping Company.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from January 5, 2014.
Repeals the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam National Shipping Company issued together with Decision No. 476/QĐ-TTg dated March 31, 2011 of the Prime Minister and previous regulations that are inconsistent with this Decree.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Members of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam National Shipping Company are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
