CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulation QCVN 09:2017/BQP,

National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for ground-based artillery

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

At the proposal of the Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department;

The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to issue National Technical Regulation QCVN 09:2017/BQP, National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for ground-based artillery.

Article 1. QCVN 11:2018/BQP, National Technical Regulation on ammunition storage facilities, explosives, and auxiliary tools for receiving and collecting within the scope managed by the Ministry of National Defense.

QCVN 09:2017/BQP, National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for ground-based artillery.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 25, 2017 and shall be uniformly applied throughout the country.

Article 3. The Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department, Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
