DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the issuance of information reporting regulations within the Ministry of Finance

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Head of the State Budget Department, and the Director of the Information Technology Management Board;
DECISION:
Article 1: This Decision promulgates the information reporting regulations within the Ministry of Finance, including:
1. The list of forms, indicators, and information reporting on economic, financial, and state budget matters; responsibilities for providing and authorized exploitation of reporting forms.
2. Reporting form system
Article 2: Heads of units under and directly affiliated with the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reported information.
Article 3:Information provision shall be carried out through the Ministry of Finance's computer network. The Information Technology Management Board shall ensure the security and confidentiality of information transmission and storage; it shall serve as the central point for receiving and providing information through the network to units based on approved information exploitation permissions in this Decision.
Article 4: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 5: The Director of the State Budget Department, the Director of the Information Technology Management Board, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units under and directly affiliated with the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision./.
