CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulation QCVN 10:2017/BQP,
National technical regulation on occupational safety for anti-aircraft artillery
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defence;
At the proposal of the Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department;
The Minister of National Defence issues this Circular to issue National Technical Regulation QCVN 10:2017/BQP, National technical regulation on occupational safety for anti-aircraft artillery.
Article 1. Issuing along with this Circular the following national technical regulations in the military and defence sector:
QCVN 10:2017/BQP, National technical regulation on occupational safety for anti-aircraft artillery.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 25, 2017 and is uniformly applied throughout the country.
Article 3. The Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department, Heads of agencies and units, and relevant individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
