DECREE
DECREE NO. 185-CP OF DECEMBER 1, 1994 ON TRANSFERRING THE TECHNICAL SYSTEM OF THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM TO THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM FOR MANAGEMENT
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER AND HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT (IN THE REPORT NO. 150-TCCP/TC DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1994);
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
NOW, THE GOVERNMENT GRANTS THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION (DIRECTLY THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM) THE DIRECT MANAGEMENT OF THE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT SYSTEM AND THE NECESSARY STAFF COMPLEMENT TO ENSURE THE OPERATION OF THE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT SYSTEM OF THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM.
DECREE:
Article 1.
THE MINISTRIES OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND CULTURE AND INFORMATION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING THE COMMAND OF THE PRESIDENCY GUARD AND THE HO CHI MINH MUSEUM TO IMPLEMENT THE ABOVE TRANSFER.
THIS DECREE REPLACES ARTICLE 1 OF DECREE NO. 180-HDBT DATED DECEMBER 12, 1988 AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE.
Article 2.
THE MINISTERS OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, CULTURE AND INFORMATION, INTERIOR, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA NOI CITY, AND THE MINISTERS AND HEADS OF OTHER CENTRAL AGENCIES RELATED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECREE.
The Minister of National Defense, the Minister of Culture - Information, the Minister of Interior, the Chairman of the Government Organizational - Civil Service Board, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, and the Ministers and Heads of other central agencies concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
