Decree No. 185 Regarding the Appointment of Mr. Nguyen Nhu Ky as Director of the Department of Public Works

CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 156-SL dated April 30, 1953 establishing the Department of Public Works;

At the proposal of the Minister of Communications and Public Works approved by the Council of Ministers,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:

Article 1: Mr. Nguyen Nhu Qui, Civil Engineer, is hereby appointed Director of the Department of Public Works.

Article 2: The Minister of Communications and Public Works shall implement this Decree-Law.
