On the basis of Government Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Government Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009, amending Article 3 of Government Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;
On the basis of Circular No. 28/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 2, 2009, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, stipulating the procedures and formalities for drafting and promulgating regulatory documents in the field of agriculture and rural development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Establishes the Draft Decree Review Board to review the draft Circular on the procedures and formalities for drafting and promulgating regulatory documents of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, with the list attached to this Decision.
Article 2. The Review Board shall have the task of reviewing the draft Circular in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The Review Board shall dissolve itself upon completion of its mission.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Legal Department, the Heads of relevant units, and the members of the Review Board are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
