THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg dated January 19, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate;

Pursuant to Circular No. 83/2007/TT-BTC dated July 16, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg dated January 19, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate;

Pursuant to Circular No. 9730/BTC-QLCS dated July 25, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance on the plan for reorganizing and handling state-owned real estate managed and used by the Ministry of Finance in Soc Trang Province according to Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director General of the Tax General Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Retain 34 real estate properties corresponding to 8,343 square meters of buildings and 16,265 square meters of land for continued allocation to units under the management of the Tax General Department to be used as offices in Soc Trang Province² (details in the attached annex).² The Tax General Department is responsible for directing agencies and units currently managing and using the real estate properties to review, inspect, and cooperate with local authorities to complete legal documentation for the real estate in accordance with regulations. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director General of the Tax General Department, and the Director of the Soc Trang Provincial Tax Service shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
