Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg dated January 19, 2007 of the Government Chairman on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate;
Pursuant to Circular No. 83/2007/TT-BTC dated July 16, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg dated January 19, 2007 of the Government Chairman on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 9730/BTC-QLCS dated July 25, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance on the plan for the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate managed and used by the Ministry of Finance in Soc Trang Province according to Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg of the Government Chairman;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the General Director of the General Department of Customs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Retain one land plot corresponding to 3,080 square meters2 at An Nghia Industrial Zone in Soc Trang Province, to continue allocating for the Soc Trang Customs Branch under the Can Tho Customs Office to construct an office building.
Article 2. The General Department of Customs shall be responsible for directing the Can Tho Customs Office and the Soc Trang Customs Branch to cooperate with local authorities to complete legal documentation regarding the land and implement the construction of the office building in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the General Director of the General Department of Customs, and the Director of the Can Tho Customs Office are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
