Regarding the recognition of Vung Tau City as a Class II city
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No. 132-HĐBT dated May 5, 1990 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the classification of cities and the management levels of cities;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong-Vung Tau Province, the opinions of the Minister of Construction, the opinion of the Head of the Civil Service Organization Department under the Government;
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize Vung Tau City, Binh Duong-Vung Tau Province, as a Class II city.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Minister of Construction, the Head of the Civil Service Organization Department under the Government, the Ministers of relevant ministries, the Heads of related agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong-Vung Tau Province, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vung Tau City shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
