Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decision No. 22/2008/QD-BNN dated January 28, 2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Forest Protection Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Forest Protection Department in Report No. 577/TT-KL dated June 17, 2008,
DECISION:
Article 1.
1. Approves the forest ranger uniform for officials, civil servants, and employees of national parks directly under the Forest Protection Department, effective from September 1, 2008.
2. The budget for purchasing forest ranger uniforms shall be included in the regular operating budget allocated by the State to the national parks.
Article 2. Regulations on issuing forest ranger badges shall be applied similarly to those for regional forest protection agencies under the Department, with guidance provided by the Director of the Forest Protection Department.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Planning Department, Financial Department, Director of the Forest Protection Department, and Directors of national parks under the Department are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
