CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THE "OVERALL DRUG CONTROL PLAN AT BORDERS UNTIL 2010"

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Narcotics dated December 9, 2000;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2004/NQ-CP dated January 12, 2004 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security, the Minister of National Defense, and the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the "Overall Drug Control Plan at Borders Until 2010" attached hereto by this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
