DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
NUMBER 187/SL DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 1953
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration during the resistance period;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: The Chairman hereby appoints Mr. Le Trung Toan as a member of the Resistance Administration Committee of Hanoi to replace Mr. Nghiem Tu Trinh who has been permitted to resign.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
