Pursuant to the Decree No. 244/HĐBT dated May 30, 1990 of the Council of Ministers on the organization of the state inspection system and measures to ensure the operation of inspections;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Article 1: Appoint Comrade Nguyen Xuan Da and Comrade Vu Hong Ha, officers of the Ministry of Finance, to inspect the financial management work of the Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise and Chien Thang Fishery Company under the Ministry of Fisheries with the following contents: Issues related to financial accounting management at the unit in the years 1992, 1993, 1994, and other relevant periods concerning the inspection content.
Article 2: The Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise and Chien Thang Fishery Company have the responsibility to provide complete, timely, and truthful information on books, vouchers, and related data according to the requirements of the inspection work.
Article 3: Officers named in Article 1, the Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise, the Chien Thang Fishery Company, the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Head of the Ministry of Finance Office, and the General Director of the State Capital Asset Management Agency at Enterprises shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
