THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the Law on the Issuance of Normative Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on the Issuance of Normative Legal Documents dated December 16, 2002; Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on the Issuance of Normative Legal Documents and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on the Issuance of Normative Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on the inspection and handling of normative legal documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Legal Affairs Department.
Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the formulation, issuance, inspection, and handling of normative legal documents within the People's Public Security Force".
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 836/1997/QĐ-BNV(V19) dated October 18, 1997 of the Minister of Interior (now the Ministry of Public Security) issuing the "Regulation on the formulation and issuance of normative legal documents within the People's Public Security Force".
Article 2. The heads of the General Departments, heads of units under the Ministry, Provincial Police Directors, Directors of Police Departments of centrally governed cities, relevant organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
