PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated March 4, 2005 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on accelerating the development and application of biotechnology serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Action Program of the Government to implement Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated March 4, 2005 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on accelerating the development and application of biotechnology serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
