Decree
On the establishment of an inter-ministerial committee to study issues related to multiple ministries

Considering the current necessity,
After consultation with the Council of Ministers,
Issues a decree:
Article 1. An inter-ministerial committee is hereby established to study and propose solutions for issues related to multiple ministries assigned by the Council of Ministers.
Article 2. The Committee shall be directly under the authority of the President of the Council of Ministers.
Article 3. The Committee consists of:
a) Permanent staff appointed by decision of the Council of Ministers, including a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman, a Secretary General and other regular staff members.
b) Representatives from Ministries and the Military Commission, as well as experts nominated by Ministry heads and the Chairman of the Military Commission and approved by the Council of Ministers.
Article 4. The expenses of the Committee shall be borne by the National Budget (Office of the President).
Article 5. The Committee will submit a set of regulations to the Council of Ministers for approval.
Article 6. Ministry heads and the Chairman of the Military Commission are responsible for implementing this Decree.
