Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Agricultural Extension, and the Director of the Forest Development Department,

Article 1. Hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Standards for Recognizing Forestry Tree Varieties."
Article 2. The above standards shall apply to production and business units of all economic sectors that conduct recognition of forestry tree varieties.
