This document stipulates the appointment of Mr. Dao Huu Duong as Deputy Director of Affairs at the Ministry of National Economy, upon the proposal of the Minister and approval by the Council of Ministers.

Ordinance
No. 189 dated September 27, 1946
Chairman of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing the principles for organizing Ministries in the Vietnamese Government;
Pursuant to the Ordinance dated May 6, 1946 organizing the Ministry of National Economy;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of the Ministry of National Economy;
After the Council of Ministers has reached an agreement;
Enacts the following:
Article 1. Appoints Mr. Dao Huu Duong, a law graduate, to hold the position of Deputy Director of Affairs at the Ministry of National Economy.
Article 2. The Minister of the Ministry of National Economy shall be responsible for implementing this Ordinance.
