Decision No. 189 tc/qđ/tccb Regarding the Transfer and Appointment of Leadership at the Department Level

DECISION

ON THE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR-LEVEL OFFICIALS

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on tasks, powers and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering work requirements and cadre capabilities;

Based on the proposal by Comrade Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

After obtaining the consensus opinion of the Party Committee's Standing Bureau of the Ministry.

Article 1: To reassign and appoint Comrade Bạch Minh Huyền, Head of the Institute of Financial Science, to the position of Deputy Director of the Policy Finance Department.

Article 2: Comrade Bạch Minh Huyền shall receive a deputy director's post allowance with a coefficient of 0.60.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Directors of the Institute of Financial Science, Policy Finance Department, Cadre Organization and Training Department, Administrative Affairs Department, Office Director, and Comrade Bạch Minh Huyền are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
