Article 1. Revoke Vietnamese citizenship for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, born on June 7, 1977, in Ho Chi Minh City, currently residing at 134 Rose Lane, San Jose, CA 95127, United States.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the citizen named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
