Amending and supplementing certain Articles of the Regulation on the management of pay television activities issued together with Decision No. 20/2011/QĐ-TTg dated March 24, 2011 of the Government

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Press Law dated December 28, 1989; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Press Law dated June 12, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Press Law; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Press Law;
At the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications;
The Prime Minister hereby promulgates this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on the management of pay television activities issued together with Decision No. 20/2011/QĐ-TTg dated March 24, 2011 of the Prime Minister,
Article 1. Clause 2, Article 13 of the Regulation on the management of pay television activities shall be amended as follows:
a) Subtitle 100% of the content of drama channels;
b) Subtitle 100% of the programs of news, documentary channels, general entertainment channels, sports channels, music channels.
The Ministry of Information and Communications decides the classification of foreign channels on pay television.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from May 15, 2013.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city authorities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
