DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the establishment of Giao Hung Commune under Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now establish Giao Hung Commune under Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province based on 751.7 hectares of natural area and 1,445 population from the Cau Ngan alluvial region.
The administrative boundaries of Giao Hung Commune: North borders the Central dike and Giao An Commune, South borders Song Vop and Song K2 rivers, East borders Route 1, West borders Route 2.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
