THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion in Circular No. 14/CP-ĐMDN dated February 2, 2000, assigning the Minister of Industry to lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors in directing the restructuring or conversion of member units of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation;
At the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation (report No. 387 CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Electrical Domestic Products Workshop under Cẩm Phả Mechanical Factory of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation shall be transferred intact to the Vietnam Electricity Corporation for management.
The factory's headquarters is located at Cẩm Tây Ward, Cẩm Phả City, Quảng Ninh Province.
Article 2. The General Directors of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation and the Vietnam Electricity Corporation are responsible for directing the implementation of the transfer in accordance with current state regulations.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus, the Chairman and General Director of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation, the Chairman and General Director of the Vietnam Electricity Corporation, the Director of the Electrical Domestic Products Workshop, and the Director of Cẩm Phả Mechanical Factory are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
