REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD FOR ETHNIC VILLAGES UNDER THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC CULTURAL AND TOURISM VILLAGE
MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC GROUPS CULTURAL AND TOURISM VILLAGE
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decision No. 142/1999/QĐ-TTg dated June 16, 1999 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village, the Head of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Management Board for Ethnic Villages under the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village is hereby established.
The Management Board for Ethnic Villages shall have its own seal, be entitled to open accounts at the State Treasury and banks, and its headquarters shall be located in Dong Mo, Son Tay Town, Ha Tay Province.
Article 2. The Management Board for Ethnic Villages shall perform the following tasks:
- Implementing projects approved by the state as assigned by the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village; During the implementation of these tasks, it must comply with current regulations of the state (Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999, Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000, etc.), plans, and regulations of the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village.
- Managing finance, assets, civil servants, and officials in accordance with government regulations; Delegation from the Ministry of Culture and Information and the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village.
Article 3. The organizational structure of the Management Board for Ethnic Villages includes:
- Director, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant, and a number of technical staff members.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 5. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the Personnel and Organization Department, the Planning Department, the Finance and Accounting Department, the Director of the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Village, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
