PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law No. 13/1999/QH10 dated June 12, 1999;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Temporarily abolish business licenses, certificates of eligibility for business operations, practice permits, practice certificates, and other forms of permits (hereinafter referred to collectively as "permits") listed in the attached Catalogue.
Article 2. Other types of business licenses issued by ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, and provincial/municipal people's committees under the central government without basis in laws, ordinances, decrees, but not included in the Catalogue mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision shall cease to be effective from July 1, 2000.
For business conditions that require permits, relevant agencies must submit to the Government for promulgation of a decree in accordance with Article 6 of the Enterprise Law.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Task Force for Implementing the Enterprise Law is responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
