DECISION

OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION NO. 19/2002/QĐ-BVHTT AUGUST 2, 2002 ON THE CONTENT AND FORM OF EXAMINATION FOR PROMOTION TO SENIOR CIVIL SERVICE RANK

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 1998 of the Government on recruitment, use and management of civil servants;
Pursuant to Decision No. 150/1999/QĐ-TCCP dated January 12, 1999 of the Minister - Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government on promulgating the Examination Regulations for promotion of civil servants;
In accordance with the agreement of the Civil Service Committee at Circular No. 313/BTCCBCP-CCVC dated August 2, 2002;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department;

DECISION

Article 1: To promulgate with this Decision the Regulations on the content and form of examination for promotion to Senior Civil Service rank.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3: The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under direct control of the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities are responsible for directing the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4: The Director of the Ministry’s Office, Directors of the Personnel Department, Planning Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Chief of the Cultural Information Bureau at the grassroots level, and Heads of agencies and units under the direct control of the Ministry of Culture and Information are responsible for implementing this Decision.
