CIRCULAR
Supplementing Circular No. 113/2000/TT-BTC dated November 27, 2000 of the Ministry of Finance
Pursuant to the Loan Agreement No. 1537 VIE (SF) signed on December 7, 1999 between the Government of Vietnam and the Asian Development Bank;
Pursuant to Decision No. 624/TTg dated August 8, 1997 of the Prime Minister approving the Secondary School Education Development Project;
Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of Education and Training at Official Letter No. 13665/DATHCS dated December 17, 2001;
The Ministry of Finance supplements the end of Point 1, Part II of Circular No. 113/2000/TT-BTC dated November 27, 2000 of the Ministry of Finance "Provisional Regulations on the System and Level of Expenditure for the Pilot Program of the Secondary School Curriculum and Textbook Program under the Secondary School Education Development Project" as follows:
1.8. Allowance expenses (at a rate equivalent to 5,000 VND per class period) for the following categories:
- Subject team leader: 15,000 VND/week
- Team leader: 15,000 VND/week
- Library and equipment manager: 10,000 VND/week
- Accountant: 10,000 VND/week.
This Circular takes effect from the 2001-2002 academic year. During the implementation process, if any difficulties arise, please report them to the Ministry of Finance for consideration and resolution.
