The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the General Director of Vietnam Water and Environment Company, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the General Director of Vietnam Water and Environment Corporation, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
