Article 1. Issued together with this decision is one Vietnamese Construction Standard:
TCXDVN 372 : 2006 "concrete reinforced pipes for drainage"
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
