PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2001/ND-CP dated May 4, 2001 on the activities of foreign cultural and educational institutions in Vietnam;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 10999/BGD&ĐT-QHQT dated November 7, 2005 regarding the joint training of Master's Program in Quality Management between Ho Chi Minh City Open University and University of Toulon Var (Republic of France);
DECISION:
Article 1. Ho Chi Minh City Open University is permitted to jointly train the Master's Program in Quality Management with University of Toulon Var (Republic of France).
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall be responsible for managing the joint training of the Master's Program in Quality Management between Ho Chi Minh City Open University and University of Toulon Var (Republic of France) in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government; Rectors of Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Rector of University of Toulon Var (Republic of France) are responsible for implementing this Decision.
