Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government stipulating the self-governance mechanism and responsibility-bearing of public scientific and technological organizations;
Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 12/2006/TTLT/BKHCN-BTC-BNV dated June 5, 2006 of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of Decree No. 115/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government stipulating the self-governance mechanism and responsibility-bearing of public scientific and technological organizations;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3641/QĐ-BCN dated December 15, 2006 of the Minister of Industry approving the Project to transform the Institute of Electronics, Information Technology, and Automation into a scientific and technological organization implementing the self-governance mechanism and responsibility-bearing stipulated in Decree No. 115/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Electronics, Information Technology, and Automation at Report No. 189/VĐT-TCCB dated September 29, 2006;
At the recommendation of the Head of the Personnel and Organization Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Institute of Electronics, Information Technology, and Automation, a scientific and technological organization implementing the self-governance mechanism and responsibility-bearing, operating under the institute model with affiliated units.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Department Heads, Bureau Chiefs, Heads of subordinate agencies and units of the Ministry, and the Director of the Institute of Electronics, Information Technology, and Automation are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
