ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONAL MACHINERY FOR SENDING VIETNAMESE WORKERS ABROAD AND THE SPECIALIZED MACHINERY TO PROVIDE NECESSARY TRAINING FOR VIETNAMESE WORKERS BEFORE THEY GO ABROAD TO WORK
MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Workers Going Abroad under Contract dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department for Overseas Labor Management,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue with this Decision "Regulations on the organization and operational machinery for sending Vietnamese workers abroad and the specialized machinery to provide necessary training for Vietnamese workers before they go abroad to work" of enterprises engaged in overseas labor dispatch services (hereinafter referred to as overseas labor service enterprises).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department for Overseas Labor Management, heads of management agencies of overseas labor service enterprises, directors of overseas labor service enterprises and heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
