Decision No. 19/2007/QĐ-BVHTT on Announcing the List of Legal Normative Documents Issued by the Ministry of Culture and Information that Cease to be Legally Binding

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

Regarding the announcement of the List of legislative regulatory documents issued by

the Ministry of Culture and Information that have ceased to be legally effective

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/ND-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Announces the List of 72 legislative regulatory documents issued by the Ministry of Culture and Information and jointly with other ministries and agencies from 1977 to date that have ceased to be effective.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, heads of units under ministries, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
