DECISION
REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF TCXDVN 46 : 2007 "LIGHTNING PROTECTION FOR BUILDINGS - GUIDELINES FOR DESIGN, INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE"
MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To adopt with this Decision one Vietnamese Construction Standard:
TCXDVN 46 : 2007 "Lightning Protection for Buildings - Guidelines for Design, Inspection and Maintenance".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Director of the Science and Technology Department, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
