PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the State of Israel on Cooperation in the Field of Culture and Information signed in Hanoi (Vietnam) on December 27, 2005.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify domestic agencies of the date when the above Agreement comes into effect.
