On the issuance of the Regulation on cooperation in work between the Government

and the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction

GOVERNMENT - CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE FRONT FOR UNITY AND PEACEFUL NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION

THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front dated June 12, 1999;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;

To strengthen cooperation in work related to tasks, thereby further enhancing the effectiveness of activities of the Government and the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction in the new period,

RESOLUTION:

Article 1. The Resolution hereby promulgates the Regulation on cooperation in work between the Government and the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction.

Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace the Regulation on the working relationship between the Government and the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction issued on April 24, 1996.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies; the Standing Board, relevant boards, and units of the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction within their respective functions, duties, and authorities shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution.

During the implementation of this Resolution, the Government Office and the Standing Board of the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction shall be responsible for proposing the Government and the Central Committee of the Front for Unity and Peaceful National Construction to consider amending and supplementing when necessary.
