Pursuant to the Agreement on the Trade Facilitation Measures (CEPT) for Establishing the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA); K|||
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Rules on Issuing Certificates of Origin Model D to Enjoy Preferential Treatment under the Agreement on the Trade Facilitation Measures (CEPT) for Establishing the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA), officially signed in Singapore on January 28, 1992 (referred to in these Rules and attached Appendices as the Rules on Issuing C/O Model D), are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM of the Minister of Trade dated October 4, 2004 on the issuance of the Rules on Issuing ASEAN Certificates of Origin of Vietnam - Model D to Enjoy Preferential Treatment under the Agreement on the Trade Facilitation Measures (CEPT) for Establishing the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM) and Decisions amending and supplementing Decision No. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM.
Article 3. The Office of the Ministry, the Import-Export Department, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
